The problem

Karya Mandiri Dental sells equipment and technician services to dental clinics across Indonesia. Product questions, orders, service bookings and warranties were all handled by hand over WhatsApp, so every enquiry waited for a person to reply.

The solution

A monorepo with three apps on one shared database package: a public catalog website, a role-based admin dashboard and a WhatsApp bot. Everything runs in Docker Compose on one VPS, and only commits that pass CI reach production.

What I built

  • Public site with a product catalog by category, service pages, blog, FAQ and order tracking, using ISR and structured data for SEO.
  • Admin dashboard for orders, bookings, customers, warranties, invoices, blog, knowledge base, WhatsApp inbox and an audit log, with role-based access.
  • WhatsApp bot on Evolution API with Gemini that answers product questions, books technician visits, sends booking and warranty reminders and generates PDF documents.
  • Docker Compose stack with PostgreSQL 16, Redis 7 and Nginx, plus self-hosted analytics and uptime monitoring. Merges to main deploy the exact tested commit and run health checks.
